Production halls
If you decide to change the layout of the production hall, or if you need new office or other separate spaces, it is possible to complete the installation. It’s an intelligent solution to get separate units (offices, warehouses, social space halls). Variable possibility to relocate, modify ordismantlethis newly-built space at any time.
The steel construction ensures stability, strength and durability of the built-in space.
We realize buildings with dimensions 12x120x8 m, which are divided into departments and sectors.
Production halls are designed to ensure thermal insulation and ventilation while the production is not affected and disturbed in any way. We also focus on the proper lighting of the hall, providing fire safety. Production halls also have administrative and social spaces.
Frame beam construction of the building is cold-formed, galvanized steel from C- and U-profiles. The thickness of the profiles is 0.6 to 1.6 mm – as required. Steel frames are manufactured automatically – the steel from the roll is drawn in length as required. The production process is specified in the machine according to the design documentation of the wall or particular product. The profiles thus modified do not require any further protection, they allow quick and easy construction.
